– Then choose between e&Mashreq NEO Plus / e&Mashreq NEO
To activate your card and set the PIN:
1. Go to My e& app > Money > Login to e&Mashreq NEO account.
2. Click on “Card ready to activate” > enter the expiration date.
3. Set up your 4-digit PIN > enter the OTP.
Get your e&Mashreq NEO Account in 3 simple steps
1. Access Mashreq Online through My Etisalat App
Visit the app store to get the app. Click on 'Apply for e&Mashreq NEO Account'.
2. Complete account opening process
Scan your National ID and enter your remaining details.
3. Activate your account
Visit dedicated Etisalat Store for account activation. You will be notified once your account is activated.
