Winners will be notified by phone or by SMS. Therefore, please ensure that the bank has your complete and up-to-date contact details at all times.
You can redeem your certificates partially or completely either through the Mashreq Egypt application or through Internet banking.
No fees are charged for the cancellation or withdrawal process when you redeem the value of Mashreq Millionaire certificates after 90 days from the date of purchase. If the value of the certificate is redeemed before that date, a nominal fee will be imposed on certificates whose value is fully or partially refunded.
