He has over 24 years of diversified banking experience in Sales & Services, Branches, Offshore Banking, Retail & Wholesales Operations, Product Development & Portfolio Management, Retail Credit, Collections & Recoveries and Strategic Planning & Transformation. Hossam is a subject matter expert in COO Excellence and a certified trainer at the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI) & DDI and sponsored different entrepreneurship programmes and financial technology.
