Amr holds a Bachelor Degree of Law and Police Sciences, Police Academy, serving public security and investigation for more 20 years in different governorates. Mashaly joined Egypt's National Security Agency for 14 years in the field of countering terrorism. He also served with United Nations Mission in Liberia as Deputy Police Commissioner/ Director of criminal investigation, woman and children protection, additionally he was an instructor in the Liberian Police Academy and the UN in Kosovo. Mashaly’s extensive experience allowed him to join the banking sector as a head for the security department.
